Music

All students at St Catherine’s receive a 40-minute Specialist music lesson each week. Students learn to: perform and create music, listen and respond to music, develop reading and aural skills. Singing and movement are important vehicles for acquiring these skills. As they progress through the curriculum, students will also gain experience with a variety of tuned and untuned Percussion instruments, Recorder, Ukulele and African Drum Circle activities.
